§ 2.72.050. Program to acquire real property by eminent domain.

The improvement and development plan for the Willits redevelopment project area does not authorize the agency to acquire real property by eminent domain within the project area; and therefore, the agency currently has no program to acquire real property by eminent domain in the city of Willits redevelopment area.

The agency's program to acquire real property by eminent domain may be amended only by amending the improvement and development plan for the Willits redevelopment project area pursuant to Article 12 of the Health and Safety Code or as otherwise authorized by the Health and Safety Code.
